ASUS , in sync with its commitment to quality and service, opened its first exclusive service center – The ASUS Royal Club - in India. The service center was opened in the capital city of Delhi in the presence of Mr. Paul Shek - Deputy Representative from Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in New Delhi.
With the launch of its first Royal Club in India , ASUS now plans to set up an extensive service network in the country. This year, ASUS plans to set up seven such ASUS Royal Clubs spread across approximately 1000 square meters in five Indian cities to provide quality service to its customers across the country. The second Royal Club is expected to be opened in Bangalore by the end of August. By the end of this year, the company plans to open one exclusive service center in Delhi , Kolkata, Chennai and two each in Mumbai and Bangalore . In addition to this, the company has a network of 187 ASUS Service Partners across the country to provide service for ASUS products.
ASUS has offered various innovative incentives to its customers with the opening of its Royal Club. The company is offering basic training sessions about notebook hardware from ASUS service engineers to customers who register themselves at any of the ASUS Royal Clubs. In addition to this, customers who register themselves at the Royal Club within one month of its opening also get an extended three months warranty on their ASUS products. The company also provides two years global warranty on all its notebooks and onsite service for its high end notebook the ASUS Lamborghini VX3. At these exclusive service centers, ASUS will provide free diagnosis for all brands' laptops. This along with its toll free number, 1-800-2090-365, that was started earlier this year will help to provide world class service to ASUS products.
Speaking on the launch of this first ever ASUS Royal Club in India, Mr. Benson Lin - General Manager, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, ASUS said, "The opening of the ASUS Royal Club in Delhi is a reiteration of ASUS' commitment to provide quality service for its esteemed customers. Going forward ASUS will be investing Rs. 200 million in the next two years on our service initiatives in India . We believe that this will strengthen our service base in the country and will provide our customers world class service to our world class products."
