Western Digital has announced the launch of its Technical Support Centre for its distribution and end customers in India . The technical support centre is another service initiative by WD to meet the needs of customers and extend speedy assistance.
Commenting on the new service and support set-up, Mr. Sharad Srivastava, Sales Director, South Asia and India , Western Digital said, “WD is a customer-focussed organisation and our Tech Support program provides our customers with the highest standards of service and support, complimenting WD's high-quality products. The support centre's toll-free number is part of our constant endeavor to make an optimum service support system from which our customers benefit.”
When customers call toll-free, they are greeted with a main menu for the WD Support Center, from where customers choose from technical support, RMA generation or other service options. The technical support representatives are well-equipped to handle all technical queries. Operating hours for the support centre will be from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. |
