MRON International has recently set up service center at Gandhipuram, Coimbatore to provide faster and more efficient service to partners.

Speaking on the occasion, Naveen Garg, Director, MRON International Limited, said, “This exclusive service center in the city will offer partners extended cut-offs and result in faster response to their needs. MRON with its superior products, service quality and better transit times will be able to fulfill their requirements in much more efficient and effective way.”

This service center is well equipped with skilled service engineer and has proper infrastructure and adequate buffer stock to meet the needs of rapidly growing customer base and to cut down on transit delays. As per company officials, in a short span of time the company will make the entire RMA process online for the customers to check the warranty and generate the RMA number for fast tracking.

MRON mission is to provide its customers the convenience of next-door service and this service center will not just attend to the warranty products, but also out-of-warranty products, on a chargeable basis. “We have taken this initiative to cut down on the transit delay and also as an organization we are more focused on upcountry sales. Hence for better support to our customers and partners in the small locations we need to have service hub in key locations and on regular intervals, company will also hold training program for the technicians of its distributors” according to Garg.
