CSC has announced the departure of David Booth, president global sales and marketing. The decision was reached through mutual agreement and is effective immediately.

“Strengthening CSC’s brand awareness and market position was essential to our growth strategy. We thank David for his contributions to this effort.” said CSC Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Michael W. Laphen. “We are now focused on accelerating our progress in building a world-class sales and marketing organization to achieve our strategic priorities for FY 2011 and beyond.”

Global Sales and Marketing will report to Laphen on an interim basis as the company finalizes the selection of a permanent Global Sales and Marketing president in the next few weeks.
