Brother International, that recently launched its own consumables in the Innobella brand, has now announced the launch six Inkjet MFCs to enhance its current range, and target Homes and Offices. Launched under a series captioned MyHome, these printers are feature rich and competitively priced to provide the customer with ultimate value for money. The models launched include: MyHome Series - DCP-130C; DCP-330C; DCP-540CN; 6in1 MFC-440CN; 9in1 MFC-665CW and MFC-240C, making it a total of six Inket MFCs in the segment.
The target segments for these models are – Home, Home Office, Small office, Hobby segment and the price range starts from Rs. 4,990 onwards. The company is offering a 1 year onsite warranty even for the entry level models. The company plans to have a multi channel promotions beyond conventional above the line campaign to include innovative below the line and direct contact programmes through malls, and other IT retail spaces in 15 cities for potential customers to have a touch and feel of the product.
Brother MFCs in the MyHome series incorporate a revolutionary print technology innovation, called the Capillary Tube Delivery Ink System (CTDIS), which directs ink form 4 separate ink cartridges to the print head. Without the cartridges taking up headroom on top of the print head, the machine now has a lower and more compact profile! CTDIS also comes with manifold benefits, including smoother operation, quieter printing and ink cartridges that are easy to access and replace. Each machine is enabled with the latest 1.5pl (picolitre) technology that close up ink droplet gaps. This technology, which was previously available only to high-end printers, is now enabled so that you can achieve high quality prints with better definition. With 1.5ink droplet, your printout have less graininess, giving you smoother and sharper results every time.
Brother's Memory Colour Technology has also been added to the MFCs. This technology was achieved through data gathered from 10,000 photos and prints samples ,as well as based on customers' feedback. These are then consolidated, processed and analysed via a Sensory Evaluation, and a Colour Profiling System is programmed into out machines. From there, they automatically adjust the colours of every printout, so that you get the most brilliant effect. With Memory Colour, producing vivid picture is a breeze.
