Cincom Systems Signs Partner Agreement with TIS and Metronet

Cincom Systems, a Cincinnati-based software company specialising in call centre CRM & CEM software, has announced an alliance agreement with Metronet, a Zagreb-based telecom operator, and TIS, a System Integrator company in Croatia. The Cincom, TIS and Metronet partnership will provide a complete customer experience management solution to companies looking to enhance the efficiency and productivity of their contact centre environments and improve the customer experience offered to their clients.
