The products has been introduced to cater to the increased throughput requirement of modern networks across the different industry.
With the explosive growth of peer-to-peer and other port-hopping applications, businesses today are faced with the menace of threats e.g. malware, viruses, backdoors etc. piggybacking on these applications which go undetected through traditional network security solutions. iPolicy Networks' patented Universal Application Decode Engine and Single-Pass Architecture addresses these limitations by providing complete application awareness thereby dramatically increasing Intrusion Prevention Firewalls capability to defend the businesses from threats carried in these applications. The other significant new security functions are:

• Behavioral Worm Detection dynamically identifies and isolates infected hosts preventing them from causing further damages to the network.
• Real-time vulnerability correlation (RVC) enables dynamic Intrusion Prevention actions utilizing the knowledge gained from Vulnerability Assessment scan data resulting in a significantly enhanced Intrusion Prevention accuracy.
