  1. What products and solutions do you have?

TVS-E has a wide range of products in IT peripherals that include Dot matrix printers, Mechanical and Membrane Keyboards, POS peripherals, Electronic Cash Registers, DMP Supplies, Toners etc that caters to all users in transaction and business printing space.

2. What is the core strength of the company? What are the additional benefits which we are planning to give it to the partners compared to competition?

With its 20 years of operation, TVS-E has depth of product and customer understanding. It has a strong R&D team and local manufacturing facility. Combining all, TVS-E constantly modifies the products features/specifications to meet Indian customer needs. Language options, Power supply range, Reliability etc are to mention a few.

3. How many Channel partners do you have? Is there any plan to increase the current number?

We have 3 tier channel architecture that includes 2 ND (Ingram Micro, Redington) and 146+ company distributors, 1800+ authorized dealers. Though the numbers are not expected to increase dramatically, we intend to increase the channel through put through full line sales.

4. What is your focus in terms of business segments?

Transaction products like the DMPs are proving to be a cash cow for TVS-E. Apart from that, we have recently launched an optical mouse which comes in the category of input devices. We also have a specialized cell for delivering POS (Point of Sales) products and technology to the growing retailers in India which can enable them automate these procedures in their store. Transaction Automation shall continue to be our dominant business space

5. What is your goal in 2009?

We shall stratify channel, recognize, reward & add value to each thro our products, coverage and programs
