Rashi Raises Service Bar

Rashi Peripherals has added another feather in reaching out to partners and by conducting service camps in 5 cities.
The service camps are a part of an already earmarked 25 city program by the end of December 2007. Two states Gujarat and Maharashtra have been covered covering cities like Ahmedabad, Aurangabad , Nashik, Pune and Surat.

More than 200 partners attended these service camps. One of the important aspects of these service camps was that the attending partners were more than eager to increase their knowledge in handling the products better which was duly done by the visiting technical team.

Elaborating on the plan for service camps, Mr. Ashok Goenka, Head Support, Rashi Peripherals said, “These service camps go a long way in solving problems for partners facing with their products as well as give us a chance to get a first hand feedback from some of the place where we are not able to reach out in normal day to day business”.

The participating brands were Asus, Altec Lansing, Jetway and Sony. “The emphasis were on brands that do not have a off the shelf replacement option but are in great demand from the upcountry market, added Goenka.

Highlighting the importance of such camps, Mr. Suresh Pansari, MD, Rashi Peripherals said, “With upcountry markets booming and showing good potential for premium products, our endeavour is to go a step further and build trust and confidence for the customers and partners through these camps."

Rashi RMA team includes 75 qualified engineers who spread across 42 service centers across India . The branch service network is backed by central RMA facility which is based in Vasai near Mumbai. The infrastructure at Vasai includes a BGA and IC replacement machines and it is equipped to carry out repairs as per RoHS standards.
