Plustek has announced the appointment of three new National Distributors. This is in accordance with its Plustek's business strategy to further its presence in India. Leveraging on the extensive channel network and reach of its distributors, Plustek aims to market its products more effectively in the country.
These new distribution initiatives from Plustek are besides its longstanding and existing relationship with TelExcell Information Systems – their first national distributor in the country. Telexcell support Plustek launch to India market and awareness Plustek Brand in IT channel.
Plustek has now tied-up with Fortune Marketing, a name of repute in IT distribution domain. Fortune shall distribute Plustek's OpticSlim M12 Plus, OptiCard 611 and OptiCard 821 models of scanners across the country. Fortune Marketing has 17 branch offices and over 2500 channel partners. It has plans to add five more branches soon.
Recognizing the strengths of Agra-based OMR Solution in processing application forms, examination sheets, recruitment screening etc., across verticals like education (schools, colleges and universities), general offices, medical care (hospitals and clinics), survey companies and others, Plustek has appointed the Company as its national distributor for SmartOffice series of ADF (automatic document feeder) PL/PS range of scanners which fit the high-speed, high capacity and high quality scanning requirements of these sectors.
Besides the traditional channel route, Plustek also wants to sell its scanners through retail outlets like the duty-free shops, consumer shops etc. For this, it has tied-up with India Digital Life Style Distributions Pvt. Ltd. (IDLDPL), one of the biggest names in gizmo and gadget retailing and distribution this part of the world. IDLDPL shall be vending the high-selling MobileOffice D28 and the OpticSlim M12 Plus models from amongst the MobileOffice series of portable scanners, the SmartOffice series of ADF scanners (PL/PS range), and the A3 flatbed scanners.
