Transition Systems India (TSI) has announced the introduction of PEP (Partner Enablement Program) for it's partners across the country in association with it's vendors. PEP is a unique program by TSI to strengthen it's partners' sales and technical teams by equipping them with the knowledge of latest technologies, current threats and trends in the market apart from educating the partners on go-to-market strategies.
“This program will be undertaken in two phases, first being the Sales training to partners' sales teams which will give them an in-depth knowledge about the products, competitive advantage, sales techniques and best practices followed in the market” said Mr. Sanjai Bosco, Country Manager, Transition Systems India. This also includes various sales incentive schemes to encourage the partners to achieve more sales”, he added.
Second phase will be technical training for partners which will focus on training the partners on the technical side of the products and solutions distributed by TSI. In this training, partners will be trained hands-on on the new products & equipping them to handle the POC/Demos as well as installation of products and solutions at client's place.
These training will be conducted across seven cities namely, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune and is expected to be complete by June 08.
