Ybrant Technologies acquires AdDynamix

Ybrant Technologies has announced the acquisition of a top rated online Ad Network, AdDynamix. AdDynamix was acquired in exchange for cash and promissory notes worth $10 million.

AdDynamix is an interactive advertising network delivering ad management, video and digital media services to agencies, entertainment clients and direct marketers. As per the latest Media Metrix rating of Ad Focus properties, AdDynamix came in at 19 th position and 11 th among the advertising networks.

AdDynamix offers online advertising solutions to many Fortune 500 clients along with clients such as Classmates, Nutrisystem, NetZero, and Ford among others. The AdDynamix Network is comprised of a wide range of specialty-content web sites and premium publishers. The network has over 2000 publishers grouped into a dozen content channels.

This acquisition falls directly in line with Ybrant's strategy of offering comprehensive end to end digital marketing services to direct marketers, brand advertisers and marketing agencies.

Ybrant Technologies Limited is proposing to make a Public Issue of securities in the near future and is in the process of filing a Draft Offer Document with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
