Congruent Solutions, an SEI CMMI Level 5 software development and business support services company, has appointed Hari Subramanian as its new Vice President Technology Delivery. With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Hari has played several leadership roles in technology delivery, operations management and business development.
Speaking on the occasion, Bala J Raman, Co-Founder and President, Congruent Solutions, said, "I'm extremely pleased to announce the appointment of Hari Subramanian. I know for a fact that he will do a stupendous job in addressing the information technology needs of our clients and creating a shared vision for the development and enhancement of IT resources as well as services at Congruent."
Hari will be primarily responsible for the delivery of technology solutions
using a global delivery model for Congruent's clients across USA , Europe
and APAC region. In this role, he would configure customized solutions to
address business needs of clients and provide sales support to the
front-end team.
Mangudi Subramaniam, who was earlier holding this responsibility, has taken
on the new role of Vice President Technology, Asia Pacific and Europe.
Prior to this, Hari was handling Offshore Program Management responsibilities at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). He has also worked
for Wipro Technologies and Ramco Systems, where he championed delivering technology solutions and managing large clients using the global delivery model.
