Lexmark after-sales service and availability revamped by Cyberstar

Cyberstar Infocom has announced a significantly enhanced after-sales service & RMA infrastructure for Lexmark products in India.

Under this new framework Lexmark product consumers and channel partners can access:

  • Call-in Telephone Support through a toll-free helpline number 1-800-224477 [accessible from all MTNL/BSNL lines, will be active on all weekdays, i.e., Monday to Saturday, between 9am-6pm] and log in their support requests on Lexmark products bought from authorized reseller partners in India. Additional local telephone support service is also currently available across 40 locations in India and attended to by qualified Lexmark engineers, for details please check www.lexmark.com.
  • Email Help Desk Support by sending a detailed email to lexhelpdesk@hcl.in or lexsupport@cyberstarindia.com . The help desk will function on all the week days (Monday to Saturday) between 9am-6pm.
  • RMA & Onsite Replacement Support - Customers can bring their faulty products to the original reseller for a prompt assessment of complaint. Should immediate repair not be possible, the reseller partner is empowered to provide a standby printer to the customer till such time the product is restored to full working condition by Lexmark trained engineers.

With the significantly enhanced and comprehensive after-sales service support infrastructure in place, Cyberstar plans to deliver improved quality of service and reduce response time on customer support calls to under 4 hours in metros and under 8 hours in non-metro locations.

As a part of the expanded post sale support program, Cyberstar will also make available annual maintenance contracts, executable through reseller partners, for Lexmark printers. Keen to set a benchmark for post sales support, Lexmark will also make random calls directly to registered Lexmark product users in India for their feedback on the post sales support.
