At IPEX South Asia 2007, Xerox Corporation will showcase the industry's broadest portfolio of digital printing products, software and business development resources to demonstrate the value and advantages of digital for the South Asian printing market. The company expects more than 25,000 visitors to visit its technology-filled stand at the trade show, taking place at the India Expo Center , Noida, New Delhi , from Oct. 24 – 27.
Xerox continues to lead the industry through the breadth, quality and productivity of its offerings that help commercial printers expand their businesses and profit from the significant opportunities in the digital printing market. More than 20 products and key print applications – including direct mail, personalized collateral and books and manuals – will be on display in Xerox's stand, which, at 500 square meters, is the largest at the event, located at Hall No. 1 – A27.

Xerox President Ursula Burns will deliver a keynote address on the second day of the show at the South Asian Print Congress, held concurrently with IPEX SA 2007. Burns will discuss how the growth of the digital market in South Asia , especially in the Indian market, mirrors global trends in the industry. She will also detail how digital printing is helping companies increase their return on investment and build customer loyalty.
For the first time in India , Xerox will showcase its iGen3 Digital Production Press. The award-winning iGen3, which runs at 110 pages-per-minute, allows print providers to produce full-color photo books, brochures, postcards, posters and calendars at reasonable costs with offset print quality. According to U.S.-based research firm InfoTrends, Xerox's installed base of digital production color presses, which includes the iGen3 press, accounts for approximately 50 percent of the total worldwide page volume printed by high-speed digital production color printers.
In addition to the iGen3 press, Xerox's stand will feature its industry-leading digital printing product portfolio and associated supplies, software and support, including color and black-and-white digital printers and presses, continuous feed and wide-format systems. Also on display will be Xerox's FreeFlow Digital Workflow Collection, which helps print providers improve efficiency and simplify the production process, and the ProfitAccelerator Digital Business Resources portfolio, which helps them secure new business opportunities.
